Our team understands that each resident is different and requires unique support. We love learning about each individual’s personal history and work with them to create satisfying experiences daily that align with their needs, wants, and abilities.
Individualized Wellness Programs
Our Resident Care Supervisor gathers detailed information about each new resident’s abilities, history, and previous and current interests. She gets to know them personally and creates a fulfilling, engaging program shaped around their interests and abilities. The supervisor then works with our specially trained staff to create an individualized wellness program that provides intellectual stimulation and opportunities to reminisce about past careers, relationships, and family life.
